Job Description & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Ability to open/manage purchase orders with key focus on tracking/follow up to ensure all levels of approvals are secured to minimize delays
- Support Product Leadership with annual planning activities associated to Operating Expenses and ensure appropriate data is supplied
- Work closely with Finance Business Partner, and Product Leadership on monthly/yearly Operating Expenses forecasts and actuals
- Ensure invoices are managed/paid in a timely manner
- Work closely with Human Resources, and Finance Business Partner, to track open/back fill headcount and hiring progress across Acceptance Product and Solutions
- Manage/update any changes to the Acceptance Solutions Product Catalog
- Work closely with Technology Portfolio Operations on monthly technology spend tracking and reporting
- Develop business benefits reporting and tracking for quarterly Product objectives and scorecard results
Essential Functions
- Ability to translate business concepts and ideas into an accurate, error checked model (e.g. in Excel)
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of problem solving methods to inform data analysis approach
- Breaks down most problems into fundamental parts in a systemic way
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Identifies grounded opportunities for strategic, operational, and organizational improvements
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, analytics, or related quantitative field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
- Strong communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail and ownership of work product
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team and produce time sensitive deliverables
- Experience working in an agile environment preferred
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
What we offer
The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 83,300.00 to 106,200.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
