We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for analyzing business processes and transforming them into actionable software solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, facilitate communication between teams, and help ensure the delivery of high-quality software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Facilitate effective communication between business users, developers, and project stakeholders.
• Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of software solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to derive insights that drive business decisions.
• Support project planning, estimation, and prioritization processes.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Report directly to and work closely with the Head of Product.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in software development projects preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
