Job Description & Responsibilities
As our Senior Business Analyst you will support, enhance and implement systems used for our hospitality, security, philanthropy, and maintenance teams at 22+ senior living communities. Daily, you will collaborate closely with your team on projects, participate in a team standup, and resolve problems in a ticketing system.
To thrive in this position, you have experience working as a Salesforce Administrator, supporting multiple Salesforce products and managed packages. You must also enjoy building strong relationships with teammates and business partners, have experience managing user access and security, and configuring systems to meet business requirements. Additionally, thriving in learning new systems and applications is essential. We support many different systems, and we will provide you with training so you can support them too.
This job is primarily remote with occasional required travel to Baltimore and communities, as needed.
Requirements
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience…
- Providing a high level of customer service by effectively addressing user issues
- Managing Salesforce and other cloud-based software, performing system administration and configuration tasks, overseeing user accounts, and utilizing declarative development techniques
- Taking ownership of issues, driving issues to resolution independently and managing shifting priorities
- Facilitating discovery and requirements gathering sessions and proposing effective solutions
- Utilizing various Lean tools such as Root Cause Analysis to fully investigate the source of the problem
- Developing and Executing test plan to ensure systems are working as expected
- Taking proactive initiative in responsibilities
Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $90000.00 /yearly.
