Job Description & Responsibilities
The Business Analyst is responsible for coordinating and administratively managing projects from start to finish.
Business Analyst candidates are eligible for the following departments:
- Preconstruction
- Project Management
- Plant Production
- Procurement
- Accounting
- Finance
- Estimating
- Field Operations
Responsibilities:
- Support Business initiatives through data analysis
- Coordinate with various business units and departments to maximize profitability of the company
- Provide financial and analytical support to the project management team
- Analyze project profitability throughout the project lifecycle, and provide findings to project management team
- Assist project management team with change order management process
- Act as a liaison between other departments and the project team to fulfill project needs
- Process information within specific timeframes in order to maintain efficiency and timeliness
- Manage workflows to lead and organize all project specific data and attribution to ensure consistent, complete, on-time, and accurate project completion
- Perform detailed analysis on multiple projects
- Provide timely and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders
- Perform project evaluations for document control, scheduling, and compliance
- Coordinate document control with project accountants
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to schedule projects using Microsoft Project, or willingness to learn
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills required
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to travel occasionally
