Job Description & Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities Would Include
The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for developing, generating, and automating distribution reporting, performing data analytics to identify important trends or data observations that lead to tangible and actionable tactics / strategies / solutions that make a measured improvement in business performance.
- Prepare complex reports and gather intelligent data to draw informed conclusions on business practices; subsequently present findings to leadership across different company teams. Additionally, organize and use company resources efficiently while monitoring company performance to Service Level Agreements and KPI’s.
- Audit and take steps to remedy data quality, including making recommendations for stake holders.
- Design, code, and develop operational dashboards and tools. Define, analyze, and report on analytics and financials for a variety of projects and ad hoc requests.
- Implement, integrate, and extract data from Centric ERP as well as third-party service providers across the organization and external network.
- Provide data solutions related to business strategies to support the Distribution and Transportation team. Use a variety of statistical methodologies to solve quantitative business issues to increase efficiency and profitability.
- Perform assessments and risk analysis regularly.
Requirements
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have
- Previous experience in business intelligence in a distribution environment.
- Experience in PowerBI and advanced Microsoft Excel is preferred. Working knowledge of SAP, a must.
- A graduate-level degree in a business-related field is preferred.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as have a strong knowledge of current industry practices including measured profitability approaches.
- Strong experience partnering and developing productive relationships with other intelligence and operations professionals, external partners, finance and order management to help meet company objectives.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000
At Centric Brands, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and we seek to structure competitive compensation offers to ensure that we are able to attract and retain the best talent. Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
