Job Description & Responsibilities

Join us in the multifaceted world of data analytics, where you'll decipher insights, drive innovation, and shape the future of decision-making! This role is responsible for designing, conducting and delivering e-business analyses, which are then used to gain insights to improve efficiency and drive business growth. The role will also work cross-functionally with internal customers to understand, define and document the overarching business objectives. Through quantitative techniques this role will produce substantiated recommendations and guidance based on the data analyses findings.
Contributions
- Build deep understanding of ebiz data and new data management platforms measures, reports and analytical tools to assist with report design, measurement, and preparation for customer meetings.
- Provide insights on digital marketing data points to include but not limited to; ROAS, Traffic, Launch Ramp Timing, ROI, Sales & Profitability.
- Provide cross functional teams with insights on how users engage with the content we produce across both our retailer and owned websites. This will be inclusive of GA4 for our owned websites.
- Assist with training and development of other ebiz associates pertaining to market analytics and reporting systems adoption and usage.
- Apply methods and processes to measure and report on our served market, market segmentation, products, category trends, customer needs, and profitability.
- Understand the development of the industry and the impact on short and long-term business strategy and business opportunities.
- Deliver timely reporting on key metrics and underlying business drivers as specified by management. Interpret qualitative and quantitative information in order to develop relative insights and determine business implications.
- Work with internal clients to define business needs and advance analytics project requirements by understanding implicit and explicit business requirements.
- Identify new opportunities and improve set or program performance. Develop and present summary findings in clear and concise terms.
- Assist in the evaluation of marketing strategies relative to product and distribution channels while supporting the development and evaluation of major marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure the integrity of data accuracy used in the development, analysis and presentation of business analysis metrics and visualizations.
- Work collaboratively with Consumer Insights on activities related to research, strategic planning and customer markets including analyzing survey data sets.
Requirements
Our Preferences
- Power BI, Excel, GA4, SQL
- Proficient in all Microsoft Suite products
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or a related field of study
- Ability to provide statistical analysis, business insight and qualitative interpretation of quantitative data
- Statistical and Machine Learning tools and techniques
- Experience with large complex retail POS and consumer data sets and statistical analysis strongly preferred
