Job Description & Responsibilities
Bell Group is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to oversee projects and solutions developed by our business on various platforms. We are a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a positive impact for our clients. In this role, you will engage in the following areas:
Project Management:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Develop project plans, define project scopes, and manage timelines and deliverables.
Business Analysis
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather, document, and validate business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop business cases, process flows, and user stories to support solution development.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with team members and clients to understand business objectives and requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate project status and gather feedback.
Solution Development:
- Work closely with technical teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and are aligned with strategic goals.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions are delivered to a high standard.
End-User Support:
- Provide online support to ensure end-user satisfaction with implemented solutions.
- Address and resolve user issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Gather user feedback to inform future development and enhancements
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for process optimization and recommend improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and project management.
- Contribute to the development of internal methodologies and tools to enhance service delivery.

Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with record of academic achievement
- Preferred areas of concentration in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields
- 3+ years work experience with a notable record of achievement and impact
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Experience:
- Project management tools: Jira; Trello; Monday.com
- Salesforce Sales Cloud; Service Cloud
- Google Workspace
What we offer
Base salary
$50,000/yr - $75,000/yr
Additional compensation types: Bonus
