Bell Group is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to oversee projects and solutions developed by our business on various platforms. We are a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a positive impact for our clients. In this role, you will engage in the following areas:

Project Management:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Develop project plans, define project scopes, and manage timelines and deliverables.

Business Analysis

• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document, and validate business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Develop business cases, process flows, and user stories to support solution development.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with team members and clients to understand business objectives and requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate project status and gather feedback.

Solution Development:

• Work closely with technical teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and are aligned with strategic goals.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions are delivered to a high standard.

End-User Support:

• Provide online support to ensure end-user satisfaction with implemented solutions.
• Address and resolve user issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Gather user feedback to inform future development and enhancements

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for process optimization and recommend improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and project management.
• Contribute to the development of internal methodologies and tools to enhance service delivery.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with record of academic achievement
• Preferred areas of concentration in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields
• 3+ years work experience with a notable record of achievement and impact
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
