Job Description & Responsibilities
Support senior and national-level management at RNDC by offering advanced administrative assistance to streamline time and resource utilization. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, devising efficient systems and procedures, simplifying workflows through studies, and preparing comprehensive operations manuals. Your role is crucial in enhancing management efficiency and effectiveness.
In this role, you will
- Forecast and analyze marketing and sales trends.
- Prepare reports with graphical representations and clear insights.
- Compile, maintain, and analyze market, customer, and internal sales data.
- Utilize tools like MS, IRI, and AC Nielsen for detailed market analysis.
- Provide in-depth analysis of market execution and program ROI.
- Develop effective solutions to challenges and obstacles.
- Oversee profit index and point objectives to maintain healthy RNDC margins.
- Manage funds (LMF, EG) within guidelines, collaborating with supplier finance teams.
- Manage Data Feeds for Depletions and Chargebacks with Suppliers.
- Ensure aged inventory and aging statements are below 60/90 days.
- Facilitate planning tools for monthly, channel, and chain goals.
- Provide support for monthly review meetings, QBR's, TTT meetings, and brand meetings.
- Support key projects, including corporate incentives and multicultural initiatives.
- Analyze market opportunities for W & C initiatives, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to align forecasting processes and achieve profit plans.
Requirements
What you bring to RNDC
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred;
- seven or more years of related experience,
- three years of experience analyzing data or equivalent combination of education and experience.

What we offer
This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with California state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The target salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on skills, capabilities, previous experience, education and other factors.
