How a Business Analyst Will Make An Impact

• Analyzes user needs and performs research and functional analysis on a variety of projects
• Work as part of the Global Operations Support team to support overseas GSS operations in different time zones.

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience
• Required Skills and Abilities: excellent oral and written communication, problem solving, and time management skills.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with a ticketing management system.
• Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus
• Experience working with virtual teams geographically dispersed and working in different time zones is a plus.
