Job Description & Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
The Sales Specialist Business Intelligence team is seeking a Business Analyst with a passion for front-end dashboard development and stakeholder engagement. As a part of this role, you will work across technologies, segments, and geos to understand critical business challenges, develop analytical solutions, and create actionable visualizations. You will partner with everyone from Sales Executives to frontline sellers to accelerate Cisco’s Go-To-Market strategy. Leveraging marketing insights, funnel information, and customer details, you will work to simplify and accelerate the sale process with a focus on scalable, automated solutions. You will work directly with users, assisting in trainings, taking feedback, and providing support.
Who You’ll Work With
You will be joining a Sales Specialist Operations organization with a full-stack Business Intelligence function - including a dedicated data engineering group, a team of visualization developers, and experienced Strategy & Planning leaders. You will collaborate cross-functionally - including with Finance, Business Units, and Enablement teams to maximize impact and adoption. You will work alongside Sales Specialists responsible for some of Cisco’s transformative technologies.
Requirements
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- +4 years of experience in Sales, Business Intelligence, or related role
- Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
- SQL experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills
- Ability to work across global stakeholder groups
- Adaptable and committed to learning in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, and Snowflake is a plus
What we offer
Base salary
$85,500/yr - $120,200/yr
