Key Responsibilities

• Support Zscaler Sales Organization focused on CRM Optimization, Sales and Go-to-market analytics, and other key sales tools/systems/processes
• Deliver key business analytics and metrics packages to sales and sales operations leadership, this includes ad hoc analysis
• Help drive adoption including usage metrics on all sales systems aligned with the sales process including, but not limited to: SFDC.GOV, Saleforce.com, GOVWIN, Clari, Tableau leading indicators, and others
• Driving business process adoption, workflow creation & re-engineering and productivity improvement initiatives. This includes driving business requirements with IT and other cross-functional teams
• Build the scalable business processes on the route to market and lead to opportunity areas to support the company’s growth at scale
• Help complete UAT and drive the delivery of system enhancements
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver enablement plans to educate sellers on sales systems, tools, and processes when applicable.
• Working in key sales process applications including but not limited to Clari, SFDC, SFDC.GOV, CPQ, Tableau, GOVWIN, and others

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SFDC, SFDC Admin certified a plus
• Experience in driving system implementation, agile project management and data flow best practices knowledge
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is an essential skill, especially MSExcel
• Google Suites proficiency is required
• College Degree and 3-5 years related work experience required
• Ability to interface with all levels of employees, from Executive level to employee base
• Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Strong customer service orientation, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen
• Software/SaaS Industry experience is desirable, but not required
• Public Sector experience is a plus, but not required
• US Citizenship required
