As a Business Analyst I, you will take ownership of projects that drive real business impact. With a strong passion for technology and business, and a strong desire to learn, you will play a key role in collaborating with both business and technology teams. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding business opportunities and challenges, defining requirements, managing execution, and continually improving implemented solutions. These projects focus on technology and commercial programs and systems that automate business processes and integrate with PCS partner systems.

What you will do:

• Own the delivery of a portfolio of technology solutions for the business, collaborate with team leads and managers across PCS business functions to understand process needs and implement system improvements that support those processes.
• Work with business stakeholders as necessary to understand, document, communicate and prioritize the organization's requirements to other teams that will contribute to the design, development and implementation of the solution.
• Collaborate with functional business analysts, system-specific functional leads (e.g. NetSuite) and others to design technology solutions that enable PCS partners and customers to do business with the company in new and more effective ways.
• Provide guidance to development and business teams during the build and implementation phases of solution delivery across multiple projects at once.
• Actively help prioritize the work of overseas teams to manage the delivery of in-flight projects.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues and decisions throughout the full lifecycle of delivering technology solutions for our business.
• Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, collaborating across technical and business teams to manage outcomes.

We are Seeking People Who:

• Have a bachelor's degree in business analytics, information systems, computer science or related field
• Have at least 2 years of experience in defining requirements for technical solutions for end users of software products and applications.
• Project management experience in delivering programs of varying levels of complexity.
• Experience with ERPs (Netsuite is a plus) and/or experience with enterprise integration platforms.
• Are team players, able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledgeable in EDI, JSON and XML for data integration and file exchange protocols.
• Have strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
