Our next Technology Business Analyst will be responsible for implementing enterprise platforms, tools, and applications to enable the company to rapidly scale a standard technology stack across all business units and new acquisitions. The role also includes supporting enhancements and rapid deployments for operational enhancements.

Where You'll Be Planted

This is a heavily remote position. However, up to 10% travel may be required to our various locations.

To Be Blunt, This Role Will Be About

  • Working with cross-functional stakeholders to understand and document business needs, performing gap analysis, assisting with the redesign of capabilities/processes, and implementing of tactical and strategic programs.
  • Demonstrating solid understanding of critical business issues and requirements and recommending appropriate solutions
  • Developing and overseeing process to manage process changes, system enhancements
  • Managing the implementation of key deliverables as assigned such as functional discovery and scoping documentation, business test scenarios, and others as outlined in an implementation methodology
  • Creating process flows of business processes, existing and proposed in high detail with annotations
  • Clearly identifying potential risks associated with features and processes
  • Ensuring that all IT activities are performed in a safe and compliant manner; information resources are secured and protected in a manner appropriate to business and regulatory
  • Ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis of all digital expenses.
  • Developing policies and procedures for digital expense management.
  • Other duties that may be assigned

  • Knowledge of enterprise platforms and architectures
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Agile and writing user stories
  • Understanding of network concepts (switches, firewalls, load balancers)
  • Experience with SDLC
  • Proven experience working with Agile teams to deliver technology solutions
  • Able to effectively gather technical requirements and write relevant documentation
  • Mastery of creating process flows / visual diagrams
  • Strong understanding of agile processes and applied methodologies
  • Ability to drive results in a highly matrixed organization
  • Understanding of key information technology solutions and practices
  • Ability to translate technology into business value
  • Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex problems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter yet knows when to ask for help and works great in a team
  • Strives to simultaneously achieve high-velocity and high-quality output
  • Willingness and ability to meet aggressive deadlines
