Job Description & Responsibilities
We're seeking a client facing individual to fulfill the unique role of a Business Analyst & Technical Specialist. This individual should be able to tell a compelling story out of complicated data and are interested in joining a growing technology team focused on delivering value through data, analytics, and visualizations. As a Business Analyst, You Will
- Analyze, interpret and tell a story from client financial, operational and performance data to provide fact-based recommendations to drive Speaker Bureau program enhancements, reduce costs, streamline process and increase savings
- Compile and contribute to quarterly data for client quarterly reviews in required format
- Evaluate, all areas of Speaker Bureau technology platform, reviewing current standard operating procedures, identifying gaps in process and opportunities to streamline current procedures
Requirements
You Are Good At
- Managing multiple priorities and being adaptable
- You have exceptional problem-solving skills and are calm under pressure
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Providing superior customer service
You Might Also Have
- Minimum of 3 years analytics experience
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and Pivot Tables
- Experience with writing SQL queries
- Experience with PowerPoint
- Experience with training is required
- Knowledge of the meetings industry experience a plus
- Experience with Speak Core Technology a plus
- Experience in working with PowerBI a plus
- Ability to learn and operate in other multi-software applications

- This role is virtual
- Our standard working hours are 8:30 AM -5:30 PM with an hour break
What we offer
We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Business Analyst is between $60,000 - $75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
