Job Description & Responsibilities
Camping World is seeking an IT Business Analyst, Good Sam, for our growing team.
What You'll Do
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop and maintain requirements documentation.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
- Translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Manage the implementation of technical specifications.
- Track and report on project progress.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Stay up to date on industry trends.
Requirements
What You'll Need To Have For The Role
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product development and project management (preferably agile)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, Jira, and collaboration tools
- Experience with business analysis tools and techniques
- Experience with loyalty programs is highly desired
This position can be hybrid out of our Lincolnshire offices or can be remote.
What we offer
The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.
Pay Range
$98,490.00-$147,787.50 Annual
