Job Description & Responsibilities
As a member of the IT Customer Experience Team, the Business Analyst will support the GMR brand promise of responsive, reliable, and respected by analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand and document requirements, processes, workflows, use cases, etc. required to define, design, and execute the project or initiative. The Business Analyst will act as a change agent as GMR standardizes and implements ongoing business process improvements across the enterprise.
Summary / Responsibilities
- Analyze business and user needs, understand and document requirements, processes, workflow, and use cases.
- Guide and advise less-experienced Business Analysts to enhance team capabilities.
- Conduct secondary market research and quantitative analysis for strategic insights.
- Develop regular Business Development KPI reports to measure activities accurately.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Participate in the development of training materials and user documentation.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for business systems and processes.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new solutions into existing systems.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies that could benefit the organization.

Education & Industry Experience
- Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst and/or Project Management experience.
- Demonstrated experience with computer graphics presentations, flowcharts, and organizational charts.

Annual Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 DOE
