The Base
We are based at 7 Bryant Park in the heart of NYC. And we have everything we need to work flexibly. We operate a hybrid working model, with a requirement that our Business Analyst be in the office 3 days per week. This is to sustain our culture of innovation, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and building relationships within the business

Position Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst with the experience and desire to help design and optimize Marketing Automation & Analytics solutions, and Marketing Technology Innovation initiatives (AI adoption, emerging technologies analysis, regional proof of concepting) within the our regional and global teams. Our marketing technology stack is underpinned by our core applications consisting of Salesforce, Pardot, TealiumiQ and Cvent. In collaboration with our Digital Marketing experts, we want someone who is passionate about building the tools to allow us to facilitate great client engagement.
To excel in this role, it is essential to possess a blend of creative and analytical skills. You should be able to quickly grasp and effectively communicate business requests. This will mean you thoroughly explore them, and actively contribute to the secure implementation of changes in our production environment.
You need to demonstrate strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams. Interacting across Marketing, Events, and Sales colleagues you will create, develop and maintain marketing systems that increase and improve client engagement. To be successful you must also demonstrate collaboration with other technology teams to promote solutions which align to our strategic intent.
As an experienced analyst, you'll be in an integral role within both the global Marketing Automation & Analytics team, and on the regional digitization team. You will focus on technical integrations, enhancements, marketing innovation and adoption of new technologies. You will be involved in various aspects of the delivery lifecycle including but not limited to; running workshops, scoping enhancements or new project concepts, creating delivery plans, configuring our marketing technology platforms and supporting the team to provide solutions.
Responsibilities
- Apply a wide variety of business analysis tools and techniques to capture business needs, discover requirements, map out domains and generate solutions
- Demonstrable expertise in Salesforce configuration capabilities, including but not limited to Flows, Dynamic Forms, Permission Sets and Sharing Rules
- Configuration of CRM Analytics
- Create alignment and ownership between multiple stakeholder groups
- Ensure scope is well managed and considers value, feasibility, and implementation constraints
- Own the discovery phase of multiple new project initiatives that crosscut the needs of multiple teams
- Ensure the technology team’s backlog is well maintained, appropriately detailed and clearly articulates business value
- Facilitate sprint events and ensure the team are following Agile ways of working and best practice
- Proven experience in leading complex projects and implementations
- Proven experience of Account Engagement (formerly known as Pardot) and its integration with supporting MarTech platforms
- Building custom integrations and user interfaces using Pardot API
- A solid understating of global marketing preferences and GDPR
- Work across disciplinary and geographic boundaries to develop and deploy the best solutions possible for our users.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Salesforce Admin and Pardot Specialist certification
- Experience with salesforce deployment release cycle (SF DX, Gearset)
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- An excellent communicator and problem solver with an aptitude for critical thinking
- Someone who has high technical literacy, with experience in a hands-on development role
- Ability to manage requests and expectations from multiple business and technical stakeholders
- Resourceful with a skill for removing impediments and navigating problems faced by the team
- Someone who acts to break down information and knowledge silos
- Skilled at building and sustaining positive relationships with a bias towards achieving buy-in
- Able to work under pressure, on several priorities at once, and with tight deadlinesCapable of balancing timely delivery against strategic development
- Adaptable and flexible, such that you will consider the right tool for the situation at hand instead of relying on the same ‘go-to' tools / approaches
- Able to adopt a servant-leader approach supporting the team
- Understand the importance of non-functional requirements and how to go about capturing them
- Ability to adapt and pick up new product domains quickly
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and practices
- Able to challenge stakeholders diplomatically but robustly when appropriate
- Have a continuous improvement mindset and always be looking for new ways to better our platforms and client engagement technologies.
- Experience with Cloud technologies e.g. Azure Fundamentals or AWS.
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile certification e.g. Scrum.org
- Salesforce certifications; Sales Cloud, App Builder and Pardot Consultant
- Experience with CRM Analytics and CDP configuration
- Experience with Cloud technologies e.g. Azure Fundamentals or AWS.

What we offer
Compensation
Schroders offers a base salary in a range of $100,000 to $110,000 for this position.
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
