The CI Business Analyst is responsible for reporting, analytics, and process improvement for the Customer Implementation organization. This position relies on business experience, operational awareness, and judgment to accomplish a variety of goals and tasks. Collaborating across the organization, you will work to establish and maintain performance reporting and seek to provide actionable intelligence.

Key Responsibilities And Essential Job Functions

• Assist in identifying the current and future-state implementation processes.
• Utilize performance data and metrics to help drive problem identification, process improvement and efficiencies.
• Help identify opportunities for improving implementation processes through information systems and/or operational changes.
• Track and document changes for functional and operational specifications; write detailed procedures for processes, permanent records and for use in training.
• Help design, document, and maintain system and operational processes.
• Perform other duties as required and assigned.
• Duties and responsibilities to be performed under the direction of CI leadership based on current needs and priorities of the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three to five (3-5) years of directly related experience or an equivalent combination of education, certifications and experience
• Demonstrates very strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to solicit requirements from a wide variety of Subject Matter Experts
• Interacts well with business users/technical team/project managers/senior management/vendors
• Proven business analysis skills
• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliverables
• Results-oriented with the ability to make tough decisions to achieve goals
• Working knowledge of collaboration, file sharing and version control tools
• Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Qlikview
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and SalesForce
