Job Description & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team at Pizza Hut U.S. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with our supply chain partner, RSCS, to optimize inventory management and support financial initiatives. Your expertise will ensure we maintain the right inventory levels to meet customer demand and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Forecasting: Develop and provide accurate inventory forecasts for upcoming product launches and media campaigns to ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Media Impact Analysis: Analyze the impact of media changes on product demand and facilitate the appropriate redistribution of products across our restaurant locations.
- Cost Monitoring: Continuously monitor product costs to ensure precise reporting of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
- Financial Data Support: Provide comprehensive financial data to support various cost-saving initiatives within the organization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary stakeholder for the approval of inventory expenditures within the Pizza Hut U.S. organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
Requirements
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):
- 1-5 years of experience in finance or business analytics
- Demonstrates strong analytical intuition and can readily identify gaps in analyses & incorporates creative solutions
- Great comfort in conducting due diligence and synthesizing findings to offer actionable recommendations
- Ensures closure on key initiatives
- Exhibits a broad range of skills across the Finance function. Strong bias for fact-based decision-making and action-oriented project management practices
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with effective time management and independent work skills.
- Advanced Excel skills required
PREFERRED:
- Experience with PowerPoint, PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Reside in DFW area
What we offer
Salary Range: $84,500 to $102,500 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
